We have a thorough quality control in place, however Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of our values. So if you are not happy with any of our products we will try to replace like for like or refund. 

If you have received an item/s that are faulty please notify us in writing within 48hours with a photograph of the fault via email to support@haltbar.co.uk, once we agree of the fault, We will send you a label to print and stick on the package.

NOTE: You must notify us of the fault immediately upon acceptance of the parcel.

How to make a return

  1. Contact us via email with your order number and send a clear photograph of the damage.
  2. We’ll send you a free return label
  3. Return the unworn garments to us in its original packaging
  4. We’ll provide a full refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.

When we cannot accept a return

We will replace all faulty customised items. However, we cannot provide returns on customised items that are not faulty. For that reason, we will send you artwork proof and request your approval before production begins.
